   • Items can be returned within 28 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.
   • Underwear and earrings are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.

2. Refund Process:

   • Refunds will be issued only after we have received and inspected the returned item to confirm it meets the return criteria.
   • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

3. Return Shipping Costs:

   • If you benefited from a free shipping promotion, the return shipping cost will not be covered by Pure Heart Dancewear.
